Are you suffering from injury, chronic pain, stress or anxiety? I offer a range of treatments that can help to relieve your symptoms and allow you to really unwind, or try to get to the root of a problem - always looking beyond your symptoms. I am an experienced Remedial Soft Tissue Therapist, using a range of Massage and Myofascial techniques appropriate to your needs and take an holistic approach to your treatments.

I also offer a Therapeutic Full Body Massage treatment for those of you who are not specifically looking for help with an issue and simply want to relax!

TREATMENTS AVAILABLE

For Remedial treatments, I will discuss with you what you would like to get from your session and tailor the treatment to your needs. These treatments include Myofascial Release, Remedial Massage and Scar Tissue Release.

60 Minute Remedial Treatment: £60
90 Minute Remedial Treatment: £90

If you are not looking for help with a specific problem and would just like to relax, then the Relaxing Full Body Massage is for you!

60 Minute Full Body Massage: £50
90 Minute Full Body Massage: £75
Strict hygiene measures will be in place and the room will be thoroughly cleaned and aired in between patients. I do request that all patients wear a face mask for treatments to reduce the spread of any infections and to protect my vulnerable patients as much as possible.

PLEASE NOTE - Please DO NOT come for your appointment if you are showing any viral symptoms, or if any member of your household is, or you have been in contact with anyone in the last 7 days who has been showing symptoms. The cancellation fee in this instance would be £15 to cover the costs of the room, rather than my time (usually cancellation within 24 hours is charged at the full rate), but should I be able to fill your slot then this will also be waived - the more notice you can give me in this instance is best!

Bookings can be made online here or you can contact me here if you cannot find a suitable appointment slot, as I may be able to arrange something with you directly outside my usual published hours for online bookings. Payment details will be taken on booking as confirmation - payment can be made by Cash, Bank Transfer or Debit/Credit Card on the day of your appointment.
