I have a great passion for helping others and I adapt techniques in order to benefit each individual patient - we all have different needs and I believe any treatment should reflect that. I have a particular interest in the links between the mind and the body having also gained a BSc(Hons) in Psychology from Reading University in 2007. I trained with the School of Bodywork who have an excellent reputation and achieved a Distinction in the Complete Bodyworker Diploma, Swedish Massage Diploma and the Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology Diploma as well as a Distinction in the Advanced Myofascial Release Diploma - all accredited by the APNT and I regularly attend further training courses to continue to enhance my skills. l am also registered with the BCMA.

My other passion is teaching and I am also lucky enough to be a part of the School of Bodywork tutor team, teaching the Therapeutic Massage Diploma in Exeter to all the other budding Massage Therapists out there! I feel blessed to be able to combine two of my passions as my work!

If you are suffering from chronic pain, injury or restricted movement, or simply fancy a nice relaxing treatment, then please get in touch, or book online to see how I may be able to help. Take a look at the tabs above if you would like more specific details on the treatments that I offer, or feel free to get in touch.

I offer treatments at Jordan's Courtyard, Horton Cross near Ilminster which is a lovely space, with free onsite parking, a Yoga Barn, lovely Cafe, Garden Centre and various other small independent shops.

I also offer treatments in rural Buckland St Mary in my beautiful Barn that also doubles as accommodation at times. If you like a peaceful, rural valley then this is the place to come, but be warned, it is down a bumpy track, in keeping with the setting!
